On-Site Application: In addition to our three facilities in the US and worldwide licensed applicators, we apply factory quality coatings onto production equipment with little or no disruption of machinery On-Site at your location.

Maintenance Inspections: We perform On-Site Inspections to help plan machine part maintenance before parts become impaired.

Application Evaluations: We properly qualify suggested use of coatings using our 30 years of experience, qualification checklists, and evaluations. These evaluations include C.O.F., Wear, Release, and many other factors.

Samples: We provide and encourage evaluations of samples to maximize success and minimize risk on production equipment. To receive a free coating sample, please complete an application form.

One Source Expediting: While we provide only custom surface coatings, when other services are required we call on our network of trusted vendors to handle services like grinding, machining, balancing and fabrication.
