All three ( 3 ) of our U.S facilities have on-site capabilities, as do most of our Licensed Applicators. Please complete an application to review your coatings requirements to determine whether on-site service is available.

PRE-QUALIFICATION:

We know the importance of time and safety in your facility, so we pre-qualify applications to assure compliance with regulations. Before each on-site application we review the schedule, work to be performed, coating type, current condition of parts, customer expectation, access to parts and placement of equipment, potential obstacles, other scheduled work, conditions for coating selection and safety rules.

MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS:

We also perform on-site Inspections to help plan machine part maintenance before parts become impaired. These inspections provide reports on:

• surface textures
• approximate thickness
• visual inspection
• suggested actions (none, refurbish, recoat)

Our inspectors operate in an advisory capacity. We provide this service to demonstrate our commitment to you. The reports are provided only for your use - we will not "hard sell" or pressure you into any option that is not clearly optimal from your operational standpoint. We will even advise where no service is required at this time.
